BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE
The 2019 Innovation and Investment Tour to China is aimed at promoting the interaction between Canada and China in the area of Technology, Advanced Materials and Manufacturing. By visiting the high-tech development zones in selected cities of China, this tour is expected to explore the capability of collaboration in technology, advanced materials and manufacturing between Canada and China. More importantly, HYCITY will provide supports for the Canada innovative teams to land in Chinese incubators and create opportunities for them to access the prosperous Chinese market.
HYCITY HUB is pleased to announce the tour this year will take place in November 10 – 17th, 2019. This is a one-week trip, for innovative Canadian entrepreneurs to learn the latest trends in technology, focusing on the future of the industry, and getting to know the market in China. Through the site visits and discussions with the government representatives, participants of this programme will gain insights and useful knowledge on how to capitalize these innovative capabilities for their startups.
The 2019 China Innovation and Investment Tour includes site visits in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, to attend 2019 China High – Tech Fair with unique, cutting-edge technologies, and to visit local incubators, hi-tech industrial park and successful enterprises. A key feature of this tour is that we facilitate dialogue with local governments as well as the local industries and investors. These face-to-face meeting opportunities will potentially guide your innovative projects to land in the local incubators, obtain investment or collaboration from Chinese industries, or any other matchmaking paths.
This year, we are also excited to announce that we have a booked a section at the China High Tech Fair, offering the opportunity for interested parties to demonstrate and showcase your innovative products with us.
